This is a ticklish area since you have to, at the end of the day, live with these people. In Mumbai clients ensure regular anti-rabies vaccinations, ensure municipal licenses are current, some keep the dogs muzzled and other leash at all times, most pick up after their pets and use the service lift. The secy could also ensure they do not use the garden area or children's play area if there are these.
You need to reason with the person, don't raise hackles. I'm sure it can be amicably sorted out. It has been several times here.

Hey, I guess we are sailing in the same boat..ystrday I had a huge fight with one of our society member..I don't knw what these cute innocent creatures have done tht these people hate them..I mean they r more caring n honest than ny human being on this earth.. The lady claims tht my dogs ( Labrador ( 2yr & 1 yr)) poop in front of her house..nw common..if a dog is trained will he ever do such act..n secondly we also have tht much civic sense to not let dogs poop on road..Imagine people calling themselves sophisticated & yelling atop their voice n not letting dogs even go for evening walk...Ridiculous...n top of tht this female makes a statement tht she does not hv time to waste on dogs n take thm for walk n those who keep dogs as pets are dirty..yucks..Felt like giving her a piece of mind (If she has any)...
All I can say is Love Dogs evn if evry1 hates them coz end of the day they r best frnds of mankind..
Hi............This is so bad if he says says, if I luv 2 keep pets, find a new home!!!!! As per a rule from court no one has rights to stop a person to keep a pet, all tat you have to do is pay
some additional amount to the society as their maintanence.
Love ur pets always................cause they are always there with you and for you without demands.............................Just simply give them all ur LOVE,,,,,,,,,,,,,
