it would be a fish but if you cant spare them atleast 10 mins to talk to them then they are not for you. Research shows that fishes who are given attention live longer compared to those not and they even repond to you!!!!!!! Quite frankly living in bombay or elsewhere makes no difference. If you love your pet enough no matter how busy your life is you will find time for it. Its what we would do for our kids and family
dnt keep cat, dogs or birds coz dey really need a speciall atention belive me i am a bird rescuer n bird keeper as well as i have 2adopted stray dogs n apart from this 2 i do handle 10-11 dogs every day so plz dnt keep dem fish tank will b good for u bt buy medium to big size fishtank atlist 2X1 dat will b good, n start from small varieties like zebra, neon, read eye tetr, hockey stick , mountain mino kind of fishes den slowly slowly bring more big n expensive varieties so all the best
